Open Visionline : Click on the Guest card (Cards>Future arrival card)
1. In the new box opened enter the room number.
2. Enter the Check In Time
3. Enter the the number of nights and expiration time will be updated automatically.
4. Enter the number of cards if requiredEnter the guest name(optional).
You may keep the Clear Field option unchecked if you want to keep the same data for the the next user as well.
Click make card and present the card at the encoder.
